Terms of Service

PropTrust is a public information service about CEA-registered property agents. By using it you agree to use the information for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reviews must be based on a genuine interaction with the agent. We don't allow:

• Defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Promotional content for other agents or services
• Content that reveals private info about the agent (phone, address, NRIC)
• Fake or paid reviews

We may reject, redact, or remove reviews that violate these rules. Agents can dispute reviews by emailing hello@proptrust.sg.

Data is sourced from public registers but may contain errors or omissions. PropTrust is provided "as is" — verify anything important directly via the CEA Public Register.

You may only claim a profile that corresponds to your own CEA registration. We may verify your identity before activating a claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
