Privacy Policy

For the public (no account): we log your IP address, user agent, and the pages you visit, for security and analytics. We don't track you across other sites.

For reviewers: we collect your email address (verified), display name, and the content of your reviews. We never sell this data.

For agents who claim: we collect your email, bio, photo, and contact details you choose to provide.

Agent and transaction data is sourced from data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence. We don't pull data from PropertyGuru, EdgeProp, 99.co, or any other paid portal. We don't buy contact lists.

We use one cookie: pb_auth, to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@proptrust.sg. We respond within 7 business days.
