PropTrust is a public trust portal for CEA-registered property agents in Singapore. We mirror the official CEA register from data.gov.sg and add verified customer reviews and real transaction history so you can pick a property agent with confidence.
How do you verify an agent is CEA-registered?+
Every agent profile is keyed to their official CEA registration number (e.g. R061287E). We pull the full CEA salesperson register three times a day from data.gov.sg. Paste any registration number into our Verify page to look up an agent.
Where does the transaction data come from?+
Transaction data comes from the CEA's own public records on data.gov.sg — every HDB resale, HDB rental, private sale and private rental that a registered salesperson has closed, mirrored onto their profile.
Are the reviews real?+
Yes. Every reviewer must verify their email before their review publishes. Reviews matched to a verified transaction are labelled 'Verified transaction' on the profile.
Can an agent claim their profile?+
Yes. Any CEA-registered agent can claim their profile to respond to reviews, add a bio, and unlock the 'Claimed' trust badge. Visit the Claim page to start.
Is PropTrust free?+
